Seal of Recognition for Active AGRIS Data Providers

Since 1974, the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO) has provided support to its member countries to make their research outputs visible and accessible through the International System for Agricultural Science and Technology (AGRIS); one of the most comprehensive search engines in food and agricultural scientific literature providing free access to millions of bibliographic records in 200 different languages.

The library of the Estonian University of Life Sciences has long-term cooperation with the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO).

Now, the institutions that submitted the data, among them the Estonian University of Life Sciences Library and the digital archive EMU DSpace, were publicly recognized with a seal of recognition, which can be displayed on the website, identifying us as active data providers for AGRIS. This unique seal is tailored to each data provider, featuring their ID. The seal award recognizes that our contribution plays a crucial role in advancing global agricultural knowledge and sustainability.
