The plant drawings of Estonian artist Guara Muuga (1925–2025), who lived in Tartu, are arriving in her hometown and home university for the first time. The exhibition opened at the Library of the Estonian University of Life Sciences brings together a small but remarkable selection from Muuga’s work's, which comprises thousands of drawings. The exhibition will be open until 7 February, 2026.
The library contributes to the popularization of the University' research results and to contributing to discussions on topics important to society. It is a pleasure to note that our researchers have been actively contributing to discussions on topics within the university’s areas of responsibility, and this is also reflected in this compendium of 277 references, available on EMU DSpace.
From 20 to 26 October 2025, the International Open Access Week will once again take place, focusing this year on the theme “Who owns our knowledge? ”
The opening of Kadri Kangilaski's painting exhibition will be held on Monday, September 15, at 5:30 p.m.
