Renewals and fines

Renewing

Renewing your due dates is possible:

You can log in using 

 

In My ESTER you can:

  • See your checkouts and their due dates; renew them if necessary
  • See which items you have signed up for
  • View your unpaid fines and the bills issued by the library
  • Search and request items without having to enter your personal information more than once
  • Save Reading History
  • Save Preferred Searches
  • Save records to Lists
  • Add Reviews to items in the online catalogue
  • Rate items in the online catalogue
  • Modify your personal information
  • Change your password
  • Send suggestions and comments on the catalogue
  • Recommend purchasing new items

Items by a due date of 3 months and 1 month are renewable 4 times. Renewing is possible if the item is not on hold for another person.

Items by a due date of 1 week and 1 day are not renewable.

 

Fines

Fines will be assessed for overdue library materials based on the established procedure of 0.10 € for an item per day.

Users with fines or overdue items will not be served


Fines and lost (or damaged) library materials can be paid for by bank card or by bank transfer. 

The Estonian University of Life Sciences Finance Department issues invoices for amounts starting at 5 (five) euros. To receive an invoice, contact a librarian, write to [email protected], or call +372 731 3141.
