• copies of articles from journals and newspapers

Generally ILL does not fill orders of

• journals
• reference books
• fiction
• Bachelor's, Master's and Doctoral theses and other materials with manuscript rights

Order fulfillment time and conditions

• from Estonia up to 1 week
• from Europe up to 2-5 weeks
• outside Europe 1-2 months
• the library cannot guarantee that the item will arrive by the specified date
• the lending period and the order of use of the books are determined by the lending library
• we will notify you of the book's arrival via email or phone

The service prices

• a copy of the licensed journal article – € 16.50
• a copy of an article from another library – € 8.00
• a book from Estonian libraries - € 7.00
• a book from the library in the European Union -  € 17.50
• a book from the library outside of the European Union -  € 35.00

The price may depend on the pricing list of the library that owns the item.

ILL materials can be paid for by bank card or by bank transfer (based on an invoice submitted by the Finance Department of the Estonian University of Life Sciences). Inform the contact person of the need to receive an invoice or internal invoice.
