Units books

Books of the Estonian University of Life Sciences also include publications belonging to the structural units of the university.

Books purchased to structural units must be catalogued to the online catalogue ESTER.

For this purpose direct in WebDesktoplink opens in new page routing invoice "teadmiseks/note to" library´s contact person (Merle Keedus) and pick up one of these two options:

Option one: bring the book(s) or send by internal mail  to the EMU library main loan desk or the IAES Library at Kreutzwaldi 5-D178

• notify the location of the item(s) (name of the structural unit)
• name the return method (by internal post or by person)
• notify the name of the contact person

Book(s) will be provided with the stamp "E-KATALOOG ESTER".

Option two: send information about the book(s) by e-mail to [email protected]

• scanned or photographed cover image (for example, with a phone),
• front page image, and then (would you please be so kind) turn the page and take a picture of that page as well
• number of pages
• 3-5 keywords about the content
• Location of where the book(s) will be placed (institute and chair)

If information is sent by e-mail the book(s) must be stamped by the structural unit.

The structural unit is responsible for the preservation and accessibility of the book.
