About the EMU DSpace

The digital archive EMU DSpacelink opens in new page collects, maintains, and provides access to the research outputs created by members of the Estonian University of Life Sciences or related to the responsibilities of the Estonian University of Life Sciences' subject areas to support the competitiveness of the university and the development of a knowledge-based society.

The inclusion of research outputs in EMU’s DSpace ensures their secure long‑term preservation, enhances the visibility and citability of scholarly work both nationally and internationally, supports the principles of open science, and fulfils funders’ requirements.

Archive contains:

  • full texts of doctoral, master's, and bachelor's theses
  • publications
  • research data
  • reports
  • documents

To research outputs submitted to the repository EMU DSpace, we assign DOIs at your request. A DOI permalink increases the credibility of research outputs, enhances their discoverability and citability, and supports compliance with FAIR research standards.

The digital archive is managed by the Library of the Estonian University of Life Sciences.
